White Manta Explorer
The New White Manta Explorer is possibly the largest purpose-built RINA CLASS dive vessel in the region. Measuring 46m (150 ft) by 10m (30ft), this steel hull vessel will take 24-32 guests depending on the cruise destinations. The 14 beautifully furnished en-suite cabins, each average 20sqm (200sf) in size, an open outdoor alfresco dining area, an indoor air-conditioned room for dining, speaks of the perfect onboard ambiance of a world class dive holiday.
With maximum comfort and safety in mind, the vessel is well equipped with safety facilities, cruises at 10 knots and the steel hull makes her an ideal vessel for long haul cruises and blue water crossing trips.
White Manta Explorer's dive deck is roomy and comfortable. You'll find a large dedicated camera room, outdoor work station, and a full range of rental equipment. Diving is also conducted in small groups (4:1) meaning attentive and personalized service. With a total of 20 crew members on board and a high crew to guest ratio, you can expect first-class service above and below the water.
Diving itineraries in Indonesia include Raja Ampat in Irian Jaya (West Papua), the Banda Islands and Sulawesi, all excellent destinations for a scuba adventure holiday. Our liveaboard cruises take you further afield to such magical places as Komodo and the Banda Sea.
Komodo is an island famed throughout the world for its legendary dragons, and all liveaboard trips include going ashore to see these incredible creatures in their natural habitat. But it's not all about monitor lizards. Diving around Komodo means world-class reefs full of color and life with pinnacles and walls, manta rays and maybe even dolphins and dugongs!
The Banda Islands are fast becoming known as one the world finest diving destinations since a trip here means you can expect, not only huge variety and numbers of pelagics and reef fish, but also vibrant healthy reefs with immense hard corals, sea fans, sponges and the critters of Ambon.
The New White Manta Explorer will take 22-32 guests depending on destination and if booked as a full charter. There are 14 smartly furnished en-suite cabins, each average 20sqm (200sf) in size comprising of twin/double or triple share cabins.
