Zanzibar White Sand is a boutique eco-luxury resort located on the front of the pristine sands of Paje Beach, Zanzibar. The resort counts 11 luxury villas (1500 square meters of plot each, a butler service, indoor and outdoor bathrooms and separate living room) with a focus on privacy, space and serenity. The resort also includes 3 Cinnamon Rooms.
Amenities include a restaurant, bars, spa, a children’s playground and a luxury kite surfing centre. Cinnamon Double Room (with hot tub)
(1 ROOM) The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view. This Double room includes an en-suite bedroom, terrace and outdoor hot tub.
Cinnamon Quadruple Room (with hot tub)
(1 ROOM) The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view. This Quadruple room includes two bedrooms (one king size bed and two twin beds), one bathroom and a living area.
Cinnamon Family Room (with hot tub)
(1 ROOM) The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view. This Family room includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area.
Deluxe Room with private pool in shared Five-bedroom Presidential Villa
(1 ROOM) The 75 m2 room is located within a Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It includes 2 bedrooms (king size bed and 2 twin beds respectively) and one bathroom. It also has a private entrance and private pool. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms.
Deluxe Room in shared Five-bedroom Presidential Villa (no private pool access)
(2 ROOMS) The 55 m2 en-suite room is located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It is either ground or top floor. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms. It has a private bathroom with rainshower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, closet and terrace or balcony. The view is on the garden. It does not have a private pool but has access to all ZWS amenities, including main pool by the Restaurant.
Deluxe Room with hot tub in shared Five-bedroom Presidential Villa
(1 ROOM) The 75 m2 master en-suite room is located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It is located on the top floor and includes a private rooftop terrace with hot tub as well as a large bathroom with indoor rainshower and indoor bathtub. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms. It has a desk, mini-bar, closet and balcony.
Deluxe Family Room
(4 ROOMS) The 55 m2 en-suite room is located within a Two-bedroom Villa. It is either ground or top floor. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground, pool and living room with the other en-suite room. It has a private bathroom with rainshower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, closet and terrace or balcony. The view is partial seaview, from the balcony and garden for the ground floor.
Kite surf
With its year-round winds, calm shallow waters and idyllic sandy beach, Paje is well-known as one of the top kitesurfing spots in the world. This is why we opened our own high-end Kitesurf club: Zanzibar Kite Paradise, focused on providing quality service, high-end equipment and an unrivaled experience.

The kite centre’s placement is the finest on the coast for beginners and the flat waters will impress advanced riders. Situated on the border of the resort, it is accessible yet unobtrusive for our guests. Kitesurfing is a seasonal activity. The kite school is open yearly from June 15 to September 15 and from December 15 to March 15. It is still possible to rent and kitesurf in the low seasons, lessons are available subject to instructor availability and weather conditions. We keep the friendly and high quality service of a small center. For this reason, the lessons and equipment are often pre-booked and may not be available. 
Spa
The Spa is nestled in the island’s natural landscape and includes a tropical seating area with waterfall. Indulge in a wide range of treatments or relax in the steam room or sauna: our spa offering is crafted with your total comfort in mind and the treatments may be offered in a individual or a couple setting. Our therapists use locally sourced products produced by local communities and are based on seaweed, coconut and spices found in Zanzibar.
Wellness
A stay at Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa offers an ideal setting for taking care of your mind and body. We have put together a fitness offer, including access to our outdoor fitness center, free group activities ranging from aquagym to core workout sessions and relaxation, as well as private coaching sessions (subject to availability).
Short Luxury Safari
A range of 2 or 3 nights safaris in Serengeti or Selous, from and back to the hotel. Ideal for any Guest wishing to experience this part of Africa without the problematic transfers in Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport, suitcase repacking etc.
Here, the guest may fly in/out Zanzibar, leave their hard suitcases in our care and will travel with their duffle bag from the hotel in private transfer, flying t o the air strip closest to camp, and will enjoy a short safari with game drives, safaris and a full experience of the bush.
The rates include all transfers, meals, guiding, conservation fee, accommodation, and insurance.

Even the smallest of guests are catered to at Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa, with special welcome gifts and touches such as children bathrobes.
Children under 3 years stay and eat for free.
