Adventure
The "MV Adventure” is a 110’ aluminum hull ship that's not fancy, but it sure is fun. As a certified passenger vessel, all crew, vessel paperwork, safety and navigation equipment meet the legal requirements under the “Nacional de Seguridad Maritima” laws. The multiple level decks are ideal for wildlife viewing and accommodations are private staterooms with single berths (upper/lower), 6 double and 2 quad occupancy. Each stateroom comes complete with air conditioning, cupboards and drawers to un-pack in, sink/vanity and comfortable spacious bunks. Shared restrooms and showers are separate to the staterooms.
The area has remained uninhabited, spellbinding and timeless. This amazing Galapagos type setting plays host to some of the rarest and most beautiful marine life encounters possible and offers an amazing environment for snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and wild life encounters. It’s an ideal opportunity to explore, discover and learn. Rich in natural history, unspoiled in beauty, and unrivaled in marine life, the Sea of Cortez is a world of a different time, place and rhythm.
Courtesy services include airport transfers (day of arrival / day of departure), amenities onboard the ship (i.e. meals, beverages, accommodations, trip equipment, snorkel gear, kayaks and ships library), tourism fees, pre-immigration clearance and an Expedition Notebook.
Onboard staff include 6 crew, 2 naturalists and 1 first aid/safety officer. During our dive season 2 divemasters and 1 safety officer/divemaster.
