Londolozi Private Granite Suites

Camp Hwange is a Classic Safari Camp situated in its own private concession deep in the Sinamatella area, situated in the north part of Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. This is an excellent choice for those interested in walking safaris. The main lodge is a beautiful building, constructed from natural materials to blend into its setting. There is a large lounge and dining area, containing formal dining furniture in addition to lots of sumptuous sofas and chairs for guests to feel at home. A small yet full bar completes the interior facilities, while just outside the lodge there is a campfire spot, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sundowners.

Guest accommodations at Camp Hwange include eight tents in total, all with canvas walls and thatched roof. Most of these are double rooms, but twin rooms are also available. The tents have superb views of the waterhole and are pleasantly breezy thanks to gauze windows and an overhead fan. Other features include solar-powered bedside lights, mosquito nets, a sturdy storage trunk, an electronic safe, and some comfortable rugs and mats. Closer encounters are possible through spending time in the hides, particularly the wood-pile hide adjacent to the camp’s waterhole. This offers some fantastic photo opportunities.
