Cocos Island Aggressor

The Cocos Island Aggressor is a brand new custom built dive yacht.  Offering 10 night trips, the boat is a 124’ yacht, built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. She is diesel powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 110-volt power on board. Comfortable accommodations for 22 guests includes 4 master staterooms located on the upper deck and and 7 deluxe staterooms with side by side twin beds located on the lower deck. Each stateroom features a private bathroom and shower, individual climate control, and a monitor with a media player.

The Cocos Island Aggressor has a spacious salon, large sun deck, chaise lounges, deck chairs, bar, and grill. There is ample storage space for your diving equipment in your personal locker. The yacht provide 80 cubic ft. tanks, weight belts and weights. All tanks have K-valves (American type) and DIN (European) valves.

There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie or digital presentation to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The staff especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.

Master Staterooms

All Master Staterooms have a large picture window, private bathrooms and showers, individual climate control, monitor with media player and hair dryer. Stateroom #10 has a queen bed (Couples only), #'s 8, 9 & 11 have two twins.

Deluxe Staterooms

All Deluxe Staterooms have two single beds, 2 port holes, private bathrooms and showers, individual climate control, monitor with media player and hair dryer.  Rooms - 2, 3, 4, & 5 and Room 1 is slightly smaller with 2 single beds.

Escape with Aggressor to Cocos Island on our Costa Rica liveaboard scuba diving adventure! Cocos is a lush, green uninhabited island resting 342 miles off Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Rocky pinnacles surrounding Cocos are beacons for big animals and big action. Schooling hammerheads, countless white-tip sharks, mantas, tuna and even whale sharks call Cocos home.

Arrival/Boarding/Departure Cocos

Guests will be met by a representative in uniform at the Park Inn by Radisson San Jose on the day of departure at a pre-set time for the group transfer. The pick-up and boarding time schedule as well as all trip details will be supplied with your pre-departure information. Boarding depends on the tide schedule. Immediately after boarding the yacht departs for its crossing to Cocos Island to prepare for diving Monday morning. After a full seven days of diving, the yachts  return back to the dock in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Check-out is Tuesday morning at 7:30 am. Transportation is provided back to the host hotels or San Jose (SJO) airport from the yacht at the end of the charter. Book flights after 12:30 pm.

There are multiple dives throughout the day for an average of 21 dives on 10 night charters. No night diving is currently offered at Cocos Island.

Water temperatures range from 72 - 82F, 22 - 28C with cooler thermoclines. 3 - 5 mm wetsuit recommended.
