Beachfront Casitas
Beachfront Casitas epitomize luxury oceanfront and rainforest living. The romantic bungalows –secluded from one another amongst jungle flora –spill out onto the island’s largest beach. 650- square feet of air-conditioned barefoot luxury living encompass an airy main room, lounge area and expansive bathroom. King-sized beds ensure blissful nights; double armoires and a dressing area furnish ample space. Covered open-air lounges and bathrooms create a tranquil indoor-outdoor experience. Spacious private gardens invite guests to hammock their afternoons away, while outdoor tube and showers offer the chance to soak up nature’s good vibes.
Beachfront Villa Estate
The Garden Room (1):
The perfect island hideaway –this intimate room (240sqft) is ideal for those who love their creature comforts but prefer to be out and about. This room features a plush queen-sized bed, small seating area and an outdoor shower suspended among the jungle trees.
Jungle Rooms (3):
Floor-to-ceiling jungle views and a glimpse of the ocean bring the best of both worlds tothese 300sqft rooms with adjoining balconies. A queen-sized bed and cozy sitting area provide the perfect respite after a day of island adventure.
Ocean Suites (2):
Our expansive, 500sqft suites include a 150sqft balcony with sweeping views of the Pacific and surrounding forest. An indoor-outdoor lounge, king-sized bed, driftwood desk, comfortable dining area, “his and hers” sinks, rain-head shower, and giant soaking tub make our Ocean Suites the most luxurious accommodations of the Villa Estate.
With only a handful of Casitas on our 400-acre private island, Isla Palenque is yours to explore. At the heart of our Panamanian island wilderness, you’ll encounter iconic wildlife amid ecosystems bursting with tropical butterflies and wild orchids. Lagoons buzz with birdsong; secret bat caves reveal themselves as the tide goes out.
All in-house guided tours are included in your stay. Guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in the unspoiled rainforest and venture out to the surrounding pristine waters when the tides permit.

To reach Isla Palenque, the fastest way is to fly from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City to Enrique Malek Airport (DAV) in David, Panama (60 mins.). Once in David, you will be picked up for a 1-hour car ride to Boca Chica followed by a 15-minute boat trip to Isla Palenque.
