The Lodge and the Villas are located on a private wildlife estate and offer a relaxing start or end to a safari in Tanzania. They are perfect for short or long stay and can be taken on exclusive basis if traveling with friends and family or shared basis if you are just two.
Located just outside Arusha, which is the gateway to some of Tanzania’s best national parks; The Villas also boast access to Tanzania’s only championship golf course. The Villas have en suite bedrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi and private chefs to produce everything from delicious breakfasts to refreshing lunches, afternoon teas and sundowner cocktails to be enjoyed around the swimming pool. Dinners on the veranda are delightful using only the freshest of produce. Whether for a short stay or extended, there is plenty to do ranging from early morning horse rides, to a round of golf on the 18 hole champion golfcourse, relax at the Polo Club, take a tour of a fragrant coffee plantation in Arusha or work up a sweat hiking and canoeing around Kilimanjaro and Lake Duluti.
The Lodge and Villas are located only 45 minutes from Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport and within 15 minutes from Arusha national park. For flights to Northern Tanzania, the estate has a private airstrip just 10 mins away.
Our personal approach allows us to provide a tailor made service to suite each and everyone of our guests. Guests, after breakfast can spend the day sunbathing by the pool or play a round of golf on Tanzania’s only championship course. A delectable lunch is available outside followed by a cocktail under the shaded patio, which overlooks the surrounding bush and wildlife. Afternoon tea will be served on the patio or you could be tempted outside again with views of both Meru and Kilimanjaro from the verandah and later gaze at the stars from your open-air fireplace. Dinner is ready when you are and afterwards the fire beckons; a nightcap to wrap up your day at Kili Villa before retiring to your room ready to dream of Africa with the unique night sounds to send you on your way to dreamland.

The Lodge has a family room consisting of 2 rooms with interconnecting door. All rooms have En-suite bathrooms with flush toilet and hot showers. A master bedroom and a triple room with 3 single beds. The twin room and the double room both have outside open air bath and shower. The double room also as a extra single bed.

Horse riding
Kilo Bravo, Kaskazi's horse base is in USA River /Maji Ya Chai, just a short drive away from the Villas. The ride takes place on Dolly Estate and whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced rider, there is an opportunity and experience for everyone. Those with little riding experience can enjoy a gentle hack along dusty tracks where wildebeest and antelopes graze contentedly. Led by experienced guides, one can explore the meandering paths, spotting a rich array of wildlife along your way. Regularly seen on Dolly estate is one of the most elegant mammals found in Tanzania, the Gerenuk. We offer morning and afternoon rides, 2-hour ride (depending on pace).
The morning rides departs at 08:00 AM and the afternoon rides departs at 14:30 PM. We are flexible with time however these are the best hours of the day to be out in the bush on horseback. Some people like to combine the morning ride with a lunch /brunch at the polo club afterwards, if this is of interest please let us know and we will book lunch /brunch for your group in advanced (its possible to pay the club in cash directly for food and drinks). The afternoon ride could be combined with a nice cold sundowner at the club, if this is of interest let us know in advanced so that we can plan accordingly (its possible to pay with cash at the club). For lunch or sundowners, we will then ride on horseback to the polo club and finish the ride there. Thereafter arrangements will have to be made for the transport to picky up directly from the club rather then from Kilo Bravo, the horse base.
18 Holes Championship Golf Course
Walking distance from Kilivilla, lies Tanzanias only Championship Golf course. A beautifully landscaped golf course with challenging water hazards including the resident crocodile offers an amazing golf experience with great views of the surrounding mountains. 
Canoeing
Enjoy a peaceful and scenic canoeing safari following the shorelines of small Momella Lake inside Arusha National Park. On this 2-3-hour canoe safari you can expect to see buffaloes, bushbuck, giraffes, hippos, water birds and beautiful views of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro. A well-trained guide will accompany the safari. He will tell you about the natural world in and around this lake.
