Located in the crescent shaped Marina Rise, 16 Marina Harbor Rooms (63m²/678ft²) offer exceptional views from a large private balcony, of Cape Town’s working waterfront harbour. Available with either a king-size or two queen-size beds, all bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with egg-shaped bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanities that are divided by wood screens with an African detail that create a separate, but open feel throughout the space.
Marina Table Mountain Room
Located on the first three floors in the crescent shaped, seven-story Marina Rise, 39 Marina Table Mountain Rooms (63m²/678ft²) offer exquisite views of Table Mountain from the large private balcony. With an option of either a king-size or two queen-size beds, these large rooms are also able to inter-lead, creating the perfect family-style room. African-design wood screens separate the en suite bathroom from the bedroom creating an open yet private space. The bathroom offers an egg-shaped bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanities.
Premier Marina Table Mountain Room
Framing the spectacular Table Mountain, 23 Premier Marina Table Mountain Rooms (63m2/678ft2) are located on the fourth and fifth floors in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise, therefore offering uninhibited views of one of the New7Wonders of Nature. All bedrooms offer a king-size or two queensize beds, all complemented by a large private balcony with prime views. These rooms are able to inter-lead, creating a large family-style room.
African-design wood screens separate the en suite bathroom from the bedroom creating an open yet private space. The bathroom offers an egg-shaped bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanities.
One Bedroom Marina Mountain Suite
Located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise, four One Bedroom Marina Suites (123m²/1,323ft²) offer uninhibited views of Table Mountain. The bedroom (with a private balcony) has a large king-size bed that is complemented by a ‘love-seat’ at the foot, a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a sumptuous oversized bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanity.
Warm earthy shades of red, brown and terracotta, complemented by touches of tropical green are seen throughout the suite. Custom pieces of African art in the large lounge and dining room capture a true Capetonian energy.
One Bedroom Marina Mountain Grand Suite
Expansive and picturesque, seven One Bedroom Marina Grand Suites (155m²/1,668ft²) are located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise. The bedroom features one king-size bed and offers amazing views of Table Mountain. On either side of the walk-in closet lies a separate bathroom for ‘him’ and for ‘her’ each offering a rain shower, with ‘her’ bathroom completed with an oversized bath. Ivory travertine stone covers the bathroom floors and walls, complemented with silk screened frosted glass doors. A separate dining room, seating up to six guests and expansive lounge ensures this suite has a luxurious and spacious ambiance with custom art pieces - from prints to sculptures and accessories throughout. For a family-friendly option, it can be transformed into a two-bedroom suite by utilizing an inter-leading Marina Table Mountain Room featuring two queen-sized beds.
Table Mountain Suite

Dramatic African artwork accentuates the foyer, large entertainment area and dining room in the one bedroom 316m²/3,401ft² Table Mountain Suite, located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise. The suite also features an executive office, 24-hour butler service, a personal gym and a magnificent terrace ensuring the perfect view, after which this suite takes its prided name. Guests are able to host private dinners or business meetings at the large, 12-seater dining room table as One&Only Cape Town’s chefs* prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.
With only one bedroom, the suite still has a luxurious and spacious ambiance and includes an oversized bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanity. It can be transformed into a family friendly two-bedroom suite by utilizing an inter-leading Premier Marina Table Mountain Room featuring two queen-sized beds. *A private chef can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.
Presidential Suite

Indulged with every conceivable luxury, the 383m²/4,122ft² Presidential Suite features two bedrooms complete with king-size beds and awe-inspiring views of Table Mountain. Warm, neutral fabric imparts a residential feeling and sumptuous pillows provide splashes of colour throughout. The master bedroom includes his-and-hers bathrooms, each with a rain shower (one converting into a steam room), private water closet and marble vanities.
Located in the crescent shaped Marina Rise, open-air terraces perfectly overlook Table Mountain and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, while original works of art and photography from South Africa’s most prominent artists adorn the foyer, entertainment area and dining room. Seating up to 12 guests, this can be used for a private dinner or business meeting. Located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Marina Rise building, three Premier Family Suites (218m2/2,346ft2) offer two bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds and the other, one king-size bed. One&Only Cape Town is a renowned destination for family fun, designing incredible adventures all ages can enjoy in harmony, and featuring a complimentary KidsOnly club that’s fully supervised year-round. Cooking Class
South Africa is often described as a Rainbow Nation, being home to many diverse cultures. As a result, there is a variety of influences to every aspect of South African life, including its cooking. One&Only Cape Town invites guests to join them on a ‘Cooking Tale of Two Sisters’. These ‘sisters’ are in fact edible delights, loved by locals, both of them made from the same ingredients, sweet and fried, however looking and tasting distinctly different because of their method, and who traditionally made them - their names are Koeksister and Koe’sister. The resort’s pastry team lead this hands-on session in the resort pastry kitchen as guests learn the secrets to making these ‘sisters’. Ideal for families, everyone will receive the Chef’s tried and tested personal recipes in a souvenir pack, as well as a One&Only apron.
Canal Paddle
Discover the mesmerising and private V&A Waterfront waterways by Water Bike or SUP (stand-up paddle board), with historic landmarks and breath-taking views of Table Mountain along the way. Table Mountain Hike
Take a Half Day Hike up the towering 1086 meters Table Mountain overlooking the beautiful Cape Town. Table Mountain is a playground for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Certainly the oldest, easiest and most direct route to the summit and therefore also the most popular is via Platteklip Gorge and for that reason the hike up Table Mountain follows a well-constructed trail up a deep ravine on the iconic front face of the mountain, featuring imposing cliffs in its upper reaches.
Cage Diving with Great Whites
Experience the excitement of South Africa while you encounter the ultimate underwater predator, the great white shark. This shark cage diving adventure is exciting and informative as you come face to fin with the shark in its natural habitat. Once everyone has had a go you’ll head back to HQ and hop into a hot shower and continental breakfast before departing to nearby Stanford, the Hemel en Aarde Valley or Bot River (your choice) for a lazy afternoon of wine tasting and lunch.
Whale Watching
Spend a memorable morning on the picture-perfect coastal road en route to the quaint seaside town of Hermanus, looking out for the majestic creatures of the deep, the Southern Right Whale, along the way. Explore the many fantastic art galleries and little shops and bookstores in town before tasting cool climate wines in the highly acclaimed Hemel en Aarde valley. With what must rank as probably one of the most beautiful hikes certainly in Africa, a satisfaction of reaching the summit will certainly be eclipsed by the shear beauty of the views from the summit.
